Manzanita Village of Prescott is a CoHousing project with 36 homes and common facilities on 13 acres on Bradshaw Drive in Prescott, Arizona. CoHousing is a concept that came from Denmark and has been growing in the United States over the past three decades. It is a model by which people are empowered to create their own neighborhood. Typically, they have twenty to forty independent homes and a Common House, where meals are shared occassionally.

PWMA joint ventured with Zucker Architecture to form COHOCOM to initiate, spear-head and design the project with a motivated group of future residents. Although there are still a few lots available, the project has now been complete and occupied for fifteen years.
